Pledge (n): a serious or formal promise

The Bonus Pledge is for finance professionals that are committed to making our world a better place and wish to formalize their commitment.

We ask that pledgers at a minimum commit to donate at least 5% of their salary and 10% of their bonuses to the charities that they believe will best help the world.

Pledgers will join a community of passionate, like-minded people that are committed to making the world a better place.

The Bonus Pledge shouldn't be taken lightly. Please refrain from taking The Bonus Pledge if you're not 100% committed to donating a minimum of 5% of your salary and 10% of your bonuses.

We highly encourage donors to commit to donating 20+ % of their bonuses. We encourage Pledgers to be featured to further the culture of giving in the finance community. Please send us an email if you’re ok with being featured on the Pledgers page.
